Without contacting them in advance, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than planned.
As we had two small children, they quickly prepared a different room for us, even though it was before check-in time, and we were able to rest there until our room was ready.
We were very happy with their thoughtfulness.
The on-site restaurant was also reasonably priced (hotel restaurants are usually expensive) which was a relief.
The garden was amazing and the children loved it.

Stayed for four days, the environment was very comfortable. Remember to bring mosquito repellent, there are a lot of mosquitoes. There are basically no facilities except two small swimming pools. You can rent bicycles for free, but they are not very easy to ride. The staff are very friendly, the room cleaning is also OK, but there was a small episode in the middle. The bathtub was almost empty on the first day of check-in, and the switch was loose.
